Most of our neighboring schools have gala-style events with auctions, raffles, and a themed party as their largest fundraisers of the year, some of which raise up to $100,000+ for their schools. What are the types of items available in the Silent Auction? 
 

Bid on amazing experiences from the comfort of your home! Want an amazing facial, tickets to sporting events, restaurant gift cards, summer camp for your kids, or a beach house stay?  We have you covered.  Most importantly, we have experiences donated by our amazing Memorial Elementary staff!  Pizza parties, play dates, and movies all with your favorite teacher!  Do not miss the chance to bid on one-of-a-kind artwork created by your students under the direction of Mrs. Hebert, our beloved art teacher.  They have worked so hard for months on these pieces of art to auction off!
 

Who can bid on Silent Auction items?

 

Anyone with the event page link can register for an account and bid in the auction.  Grandma or grandpa, neighbors, aunts and uncles can bid on items for gifts as long as they have the link.  Feel free to share the link with anyone you think might be interested in amazing items and experiences, and let the competition begin! You do not have to attend The Party event to participate in the auction. ANYONE can participate in the Silent Auction!
 

How do I access the Silent Auction?

 

Using a computer or your smart phone, navigate to https://onecau.se/theparty and click “Silent Auction.” Register for an account and then place your bid(s). Monitor bids on your items by setting up alerts or checking in daily.
 

When does the Silent Auction open for bids?

 

Sunday December 1st at 9am.
  

When does the Silent Auction close?

Saturday December 7th at 5pm.  Winners will be notified on December 7th and item pick up will be arranged the following week.
