Salary & IB Support
PTO funds three hourly lecturer employees; $55k is due to the HISD Grant Dept. Dec. 2026. PTO pays yearly IB certification fees and supplements teacher training.

Classroom Teachers receive $300 each year from PTO to enhance your students’ classroom experiences.

Special Campus Projects
Current project - Turf soccer field in Spark Park (pending HISD approval). Previous projects include new cafeteria tables, courtyard & blacktop upgrade.

Specials Teachers & Library Support
Our Specials teachers need extra funding to provide enriching experiences for every Memorial student. Art, Music, Library/Media, SEL, P.E., and Spanish all receive yearly funds.

Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week with food and treats, and a Year-End Staff Celebration.
